Responsible - Responsibility

Being responsible is a sign of good character, maturity and reliability, and it is a desirable personality trait for anyone to possess. When people depend on a person to do something, it means that others believe the person is responsible enough to handle the task.Nearly everyone values a responsible person who takes care of business. If one proves that he is responsible when handling small matters, the person may be rewarded with greater responsibilities. Being responsible also means admitting when one has made a mistake and taking full accountability for the consequences that follow.

Honest - Honesty

Honesty is important because it creates peace of mind and promotes relationships of trust. The benefits of honesty extend to personal health, relationships and society at large. The opposite, lying, leads to distrust, conflict, corruption and anxiety.Honesty also makes relationships stronger by promoting trust. If someone discovers that he has been lied to, he is more likely to doubt the liar's words in the future.

Respecting people is important in relating to others. By respecting others and their properties, the world becomes a safer place. Respect is one of the virtues that distinguishes humans from animals.
